DANCES

Teen Social Dance hosted by The Gatsby Gala Prom Committee

    WHEN: Feb. 17, 2017 6-10PM WHERE: 1739 Perth Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117-8444, United States WHO: Ages: High School Freshmen and UP. This is open to all homeschoolers, their friends and alumni! COST: $5 per attendee- paid in advanced (see below) RSVP by Feb. 3!

    This is a fun casual dance for all high school homeschoolers to come out to meet some other teens in our area and learn some fun line dances like the cupid shuffle, bikers shuffle, cotton eyed joe and more! They'll be some games out as well. So come on out listen to some fun music, dance, hang out and meet some people!
    Please note: you don't have to be going to Prom to attend this dance! Again, this dance is a chance to get to know other teens in our area and to have some fun!

    Homeschool Winter Formal 2017 
      TRUMP Nat'l Lake Ballroom @ The Point, 137 Vestal Drive Mooresville NC 28117
        January 28, 2017
          7:00pm - 11:00pm
            Homeschoolers in 9th - 12th Grades
              $35 per participant
                Includes: DJ, Desserts, Drinks and access to online photos are included.

                      Payment information will be sent upon registering.
                        Dress Code: Suit & Tie / Cocktail Dresses (No skirts shorter than fingertip length  or 2-piece dresses with mid-drifts showing please.)
                          Homeschool attendees can invite alumni or non-homeschool guests.
                            This is a drop-off event. Chaperones and Security will be present. 
                              A photographer will be present during the event. 
                                Parents may come in to take pictures between 6:45 and 7:15.

                                    LKNsec ~ 9th Annual Lake Norman Area Prom 
                                    LKNsec is Excited to Announce the 9th Annual Lake Norman Area Prom! A Big Thank You to JoAnn Fugitt for hosting the Lake Norman Area Prom for the last 8 years! The Lake Norman Secular Homeschoolers (LKNsec) activity group will keep things going by sponsoring the upcoming Gatsby Gala 2017 Prom. 

                                     Clear your calendar - Prom is set for April 29, 2017 and you're invited to take part in this epic 1920's themed event!
                                    The Heritage House in Mooresville is our meeting spot for a night of music and fun. Come one, come all, bring a guest, & come ready to dance!
                                      Stay Updated... When you register, your spot/s will be held until the payment deadline date. Your email will also be placed on the prom email list for updates on prom details, social events, and dance workshops! 
                                        Like and Save our LKNsec Gatsby Gala Prom 2017 facebook page to get announcements of pre-prom teen events!  These are events to get your teens out to meet other homeschool teens in our area and make some friends. You are not committing to prom by liking our page or participating in our teen events leading up to prom.

                                              Joy Prom is a full-scale prom for the special needs individuals in our community for ages 16 and older with developmental and/or physical impairments. We believe that every person is made in the image of God and that each life should be valued and celebrated. Planning for this event is underway.
